I was glad to see Theresa Deisher's work referenced. I think her "Impact of Environmental Factors" research report is especially valuable in correlating change points in the incidence of autism (points at which the incidence of autism suddenly begins to grow at a faster rate) with events in the "world of vaccination." You have a list of key events that extends into the time period beyond the publication of her "Impact" article and it's great to be able to associate those key events with change points in that period.
I was disappointed to see that your key events list didn't include -- unless I missed seeing it -- the introduction and mass promotion of HPV vaccines. These vaccines are not involved in the autism epidemic, as far as I know, but they have certainly proved to be highly dangerous; I think autoimmunity (due to molecular matches between HPV Type 16 and human proteins) is the major adverse effect. The fact that athletic young women have had the worst adverse effects from HPV vaccines makes sense if the major issue is autoimmunity: if your immune system is trained by a vaccine to attack your own body, it's not an advantage to have the strong, vigorous immune system of a strong, vigorous athletic body.

After that window, treatment can improve but not fully correct functioning. The reference for this is unfortunately lost somewhere in or on my disorganized desk, but I recently read of a researcher who believes that the supplemental folic acid included in all prenatal vitamins can, in a woman whose folic acid level is adequate without supplementation, cause her baby to become an undermethylator (I believe this would be due to an epigenetic effect).

(Note: Human genome research enabled identification of 13 types of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome; in 12, the genes responsible were identified. Hypermobile EDS (hEDS) was the 13th type, and genes that are "necessary and sufficient" to cause hEDS have not yet been identified. Some years ago, to aid genetic researchers searching for the genes responsible for hEDS, hEDS was divided into two categories -- hEDS with severe symptoms and a strong incidence of inheritance; and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) with (usually) less severe symptoms and lacking a strong incidence of inheritance. Many families with hEDS/HSD members believe these two categories should be recombined under the hEDS diagnosis.) Important: Anyone who believes that "high-functioning autism" is not a big deal, and shouldn't prevent a person from learning to function adequately and live independently, needs to study up on hEDS/HSD. hEDS/HSD is physically disabling and the disability progresses as the patient ages. I can tell you from my experience on hEDS/HSD support groups online, *many* children growing up with hEDS/HSD are autistic. 8. About Tylenol and autism: Acetominophen blocks the production of glutathione, which is a primary detox chemical in the human body. When acetominophen is given to a child immediately before or after vaccination (as recommended by many pediatricians), it reduces the child's ability to detoxify and clear toxic substances in the vaccine(s) the child receives; so it amplifies the risk and severity of vaccine injury.

I think it's an error to think that there is one cause of autism. I think there are many possible stepping stones in the path from "normal" to "autistic" and to provide maximally effective prevention, we need to be aware of all of the possible steps. And to provide maximally effective treatment, we need to consider all the possible steps so we can tailor treatment measures to each person. Certainly vaccines are a huge contributor to autism and may be the primary trigger of autism in the vast majority of children. For many reasons, we aren't going to be able to stop people from vaccinating children for many years to come -- so we need to recognize and reduce the risk factors that make children especially vulnerable to vaccine injury.

I think it's an error to think that there is one cause of autism. I think there are many possible stepping stones in the path from "normal" to "autistic" and to provide maximally effective prevention, we need to be aware of all of the possible steps. And to provide maximally effective treatment, we need to consider all the possible steps so we can tailor treatment measures to each person. Certainly vaccines are a huge contributor to autism and may be the primary trigger of autism in the vast majority of children. For many reasons, we aren't going to be able to stop people from vaccinating children for many years to come -- so we need to recognize and reduce the risk factors that make children especially vulnerable to vaccine injury.

My hypothesis that the most athletic girls get POTS due to the HPV vax is that it causes a heart condition (similar to COVID vaccines but different mechanism) and since they use their hearts more when exercising, they get more injured.
