“Check out the mental gymnastics CNN fact checkers did trying to run defense on the Dominion Voting scam bombshell. No one’s talking about “corporate ties” on paper, we’re talking about them simply working together. They literally prove it’s true trying to prove it’s “false.”1
Dominion is connected to:
Venezuela: “Smartmatic was founded in Florida by two Venezuelans, and did provide election technology to the Venezuelan government.”
The Clintons: “While Dominion did agree to donate its technology to “emerging democracies” as part of a program run by the Clinton Foundation in 2014, according to the foundation’s website, Dominion said in its statement that it has “no company ownership relationships” with the foundation.”
George Soros: “And while the chairman of the board of Smartmatic’s parent company is also on the board of a foundation run by Soros, Open Society Foundations, Soros himself is not involved in either company.” 2
Soros, an illuminati owner of several voting machine companies, was by 2022 the biggest individual Democratic donor 3 Why would a foreigner care about US politics unless involved in a global coup?
Dominion rigging
Joseph Stalin: “Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the vote decide everything.” Today, it’d be, “rigged machines decide everything”.
Princeton University professor Andrew Appel, warned about hacking vulnerabilities in Dominion voting machine.4
5 Dec 2020 a Fox News producer asked: “Have any of the machines been looked at? [Steve Bannon] had said that one was looked at in Georgia.
A Trump campaign official, asking to speak off the record: “When the Secretary of State did its audit, there was a lot, I think a fair bit of looking at the machines … The audit came in pretty darn close to what the machine count was with the receipts. So, I don’t know the outcome of those, but our understanding, again – this is from the Secretary of State’s Office – was that there weren’t any physical issues with machines on those inspections.”5
Of course, they couldn't have tested for an unknown inactive wifi/USB back door. There was no forensic analysis of software integrity before, during and after the elections.
A top Italian lawyer sent an video and affidavit to Nationsinaction.org, of a defendant confessing to have followed instructions from the US Embassy in Rome to use from Italy, military satellites and software to switch large numbers of votes from Trump to Biden.
Voting machine problems were widespred. If the Solar Winds hack 6 was not enough, Dominion machines:
Had unauthorized implants. 7
Had algorithm manipulation. 8
Had external connection for remote operation. 9
Had invalid Elections Assistance Commission certification since 2017: “EAC fabricated a fraudulent record for Pro V&V and repeatedly, knowingly, and intentionally misrepresented the expired accreditation status of a Voting Systems Testing Laboratory…” 10 At least the Georgia elections were legally void.
“The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (0.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error (note: 2 out of 3) in security and election integrity. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.” 11
Dominion 1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox for defamation
14 Apr 2023. Dominion sued Fox News just for airing the opinion of Rudy Giuliani and others, that there was fraud with the voting machines, before it was fully proven. Pre-trial rulings didn’t allow Fox to prove there really was election fraud. Fox argued that its presentation Giuliani's allegations qualified as a "fair report" about judicial proceedings, i.e. showing the opposing viewpoint. The judge pre-ruled that the fair-report privilege "fails to shield Fox from liability … because it “only applies to substantially accurate reports about proceedings, not the underlying facts " The trial continued only to determine malice and who was going to pay for damages.
This is a bomb against freedom of speech: by airing a different opinion Fox is liable for the opinion, not the opinionated person (Giuliani). Fox wrote: “the real cost would be cherished First Amendment rights ... the rights of a free press... (with) grave consequences for the entire journalism profession.” 12 Fuzzy defined defamation laws or wrong interpretation of them destroy freedom of speech.
The second bomb: it didn’t matter if after the opinion, the facts proved it later.
The third bomb: defamation lawsuits like this destroy democracy. Suppose next elections are near-undetectably rigged in favor of your not-favorite party. Suppose that because the judges fail to order a forensic analysis as in 2020 and 2022, it takes time to prove how widespread it was, more time than the certification deadline. With this kind of pre-trial, leaving out the possibility to provide evidence, no media is going to report fraud ever again and social media will be censored like nowadays.
Without media coverage, the people won’t know. There will be no demonstrations. Stealing an election will be a non-event: it can’t happen even if it happens. Nothing will be done to correct the rigging because no one will learn about the rigging.
So, if an election officer is bold enough to try to decertify, he'll have to face the whole ignorant world against him, simply because the world was blinded by this gag rule. Of course he'll back down ... worse than Pence.
The USA is one of the few countries in the world that allow corporations to sue for defamation. The rest of the world only allows to sue for damages like loss of brand value, contracts or earnings, opportunity cost, etc.
Conclusion
18 Apr 2023 Fox reached a settlement to pay Dominion $787.5 million, half of the 1.6 billion claimed, without continuing the trial. Dominion’s CEO said that “Fox has admitted to telling lies about Dominion that caused enormous damage to my company… nothing can ever make up for that.”
Each machine result should be controlled by a multi-partisan election committee, like before the voting machine era. There should be a triple check: electronic, multi-party officials and the voter controlling that his vote is correctly canvassed (technically, this could be done even keeping anonymity).
This trial proved that voting machines are dangerous, even more, if run by a private corporation, even more, if it’s a quasi-monopoly like Dominion.

We need to go back to paper ballots and in person voting. With verified voter ID for citizens only. Maybe treat ballot counting like jury duty. Period.
A voting machine is based on programming and programming can be intentionally manipulated to do anything. It would be so easy to manipulate an election through machines.
Dominion.
