27 Mar 2020 US Congress gives 10 billion (18 more in Oct¹) to Operation Warp Speed to make haccines, headed by the US Department of Defense.² What does Defense have to do with a haccine? bioweapons?

It included components and additional funding (2 billion³) from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), an HHS office for bioterrorism, including chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats.⁴

22 Apr 2020. the Director of BARDA, Rick Bright, was fired (“reassigned”) because of his resistance to “efforts to fund potentially dangerous drugs promoted by those with political connections”⁵ … “billions of dollars allocated … in drugs, vaccines and other technologies that lack scientific merit.”⁶ Millions of lives could have been spared if he had been taken seriously by the Government and media.

27 Jun 2021, a government investigation confirmed his accusations: the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) ““misappropriated millions of dollars that Congress appropriated for [BARDA] to respond to public health emergencies”⁷ and didn’t “comply with Federal fiscal law when managing BARDA appropriations”⁸ while this “misuse” was “widespread and well-known, this practice appeared to be for nearly a decade.” ⁹ BARDA officially spends in “research” about 300 million per year but this proves that’s how billions could be spent in developing bioweapons like COVID, without any oversight.

The concept of private and public partnerships is fostered by freemasonry to steal public funding for their own corporate agenda. Slaoui (ex Glaxo) became Chief Adviser. Several mason controlled corporations received billions:

Without delivering any vaccine:

Glaxo 2.1 billion

AstraZeneca 1.2 billion (due to severe effects, wasn’t approved in 5 countries but pushed globally)

Merck 38 million

Delivering haccines:

Johnson 1 billion

Novavax 1.6 billion

Moderna 4.2 billion (1.53+200 million doses)

Pfizer 6 billion? (2 billion for 100 million doses + 200 million doses)¹⁰

Initially, Pfizer refused the money to avoid showing severe effects: “to liberate our scientists [from] any bureaucracy that comes with having to give reports and agree how we are going to spend the money in parallel or together”.¹¹ But on 22 Jul 2020 accepted the 2 billion for 100 million doses.¹² Then produced 200 millon more.¹³

Warp Speed included other agencies which have nothing to do with vaccines, proved to be used as a cover for biowarfare matters, such as Department of Agriculture and the Department of Energy (more on that later).

No other country in the whole world used the Military to lead “vaccine” production:

• CEO: an Army general ¹⁴

• Director of supply: a Lieutenant General ¹⁵

• Deputy Director: a Major General ¹⁶

Directors: Alex Azar, Mark Esper, and Deborah Birx. Non-voting advisers: Fauci (still, as Director of NIAID had total command), Francis Collins, and Robert Redfield. ¹⁷

9 Apr 2020 first news about its ongoing existence. ¹⁸ 15 May 2020 first announced by Trump: why wait 6 weeks when usually politicians are eager to “own” the policy as early as possible? Possibly, Warp Speed was a mason creation (Fauci?), and once approved by Congress, Trump had no choice but to “take credit” for it, considering he was threatened to be accused of being anti-science and anti-vaccine: Warp Speed “led a potentially anti-science and anti-vaccine administration to push harder for a vaccine.” ¹⁹
