Why would it do that? There is (was?) an instrument that claimed it measured 5G up to 80GHz, but it actually had the location built-in, which allowed for data collection as well as falsification of data displayed on the user's screen.
2. Moreover, as you said it, it displays only individual risks, but they accumulate. Can you explain how?
