“President Biden specifically requested that the national labs, which are part of the Energy Department, be brought into this assessment because he wants to put every tool at use to be able to figure out what happened here,”
So it seems that those labs have capability to assess bio-weapons’ origins…

OK, then why are they participating in the “intelligence community”’s “efforts” to determine COVID origins? What are those DOE labs doing exactly? No one knows for sure.
It seems the DOE has dangerous bio-inventory which needs reporting and is probably doing Research with biological select agents and toxins (BSAT):
