I also am extremely disappointed in her after initially being quite optimistic. Apart from what you've mentioned, she has also supported the criminal NATO/western-initiated debacle in Ukraine. The latest 'achievement' I've seen for that exercise is something like 600,000 dead Ukranians in their failed assault on Russia.
If this is true, Meloni has lost it and sold Italy out! She once fought for sovereignty and individual right to consent and the WHO will destroy all of that as they openly plan to do.
