Just as with COVID, all are presumed guilty of bioterrorism, until proven innocent!
Summary: war on poultry involved culling of millions of hens and chickens while destroying millions of eggs, under the excuse of over-cycled false-positive PCR tests for avian flu, provided from abroad. Proof of criminal intent: the virus is destroyed by heating, yet they forbid cooking the poultry or eggs, even under “the good Samaritan” law which lifts health requirements for donations. The producers were bribed into submission by overpaying above market prices for the lost production.
Why would they do that? To exterminate us, “the useless eaters”, by poisoning and reducing the food supply:

Avian influenza (AI) viruses are classified by a combination of two groups of proteins: hemagglutinin or “H” proteins, of which there are 16 (H1 to H16), and neuraminidase or “N” proteins, of which there are nine (N1 to N9).1
The term “high pathogenicity avian influenza (HPAI) viruses” was coined to create fear:
“Sporadic influenza A(H5N1) clade 2.3.4.4b virus detections in humans have also been reported, but remain very rare, with 8 cases reported [ in 2 years in the whole world !!! ]. Infections in humans can cause severe disease with a high mortality rate.”2 Not a single human has died from this, despite humans doing the culling.3
Just as with COVID case-demic, the culled animals looked, ate and behaved as healthy, but were considered sick enough to be culled in spite of being asymptomatic !!!
“Low pathogenicity avian influenza (LPAI) viruses cause mild or no signs of disease in infected poultry”4: sharing genetic sequences with HPAI, there’s no information on how the PCR tests were calibrated to distinguish viral lethality.
Have we learned the lesson about COVID PCR tests being deliberately calibrated only against near-inexistent MERS and not widespread influenza and other innocuous coronaviruses? That PCR is completely useless as a diagnostic tool without clinical evaluation?
In one case, when they wanted to destroy 360 thousand eggs, a judge ordered a second test and, magically, the hens came out clean of the virus, but the agency disobeyed and ordered the destruction anyway.5
9 Feb 2022. USDA confirmed the first outbreak of HPAI in a commercial poultry operation since 2020.
“The virus is excreted through feces and respiratory secretions”: considering that commercial farming keeps poultry enclosed, why and how would it be possible for a weak/dying sick wild bird to get inside and infect the whole flock?
Also, what if High Pathogenicity is in fact Low Pathogenicity coupled with co-morbidities or environmentally adverse conditions? There’s less mortality in poultry raised with enough space (ideally, open fields): why are the animal-health agencies not fighting overcrowding? Isn’t it much cheaper than massive culling? Why do Governments enforce social distancing for humans but not for poultry?
Immune escape is another similarity with COVID: “In order to protect their poultry from death from H5N1, China reportedly made a vaccine based on reverse genetics produced with H5N1 antigens, that … has generated up to six variations of H5N1.” 6 “There are several H5N1 vaccines for several of the avian H5N1 varieties. H5N1 continually mutates rendering them, so far for humans, of little use.” 7
Objectives
In 1924, the Office International des Epizooties (OIE) was founded to coordinate, support and promote animal disease control.
In 2003, it changed into the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH.org), though recognized by the UN, it’s not formally part of the UN system but works in complete submission.
This is an important data: without a money trail, how did the globalist succeed to infiltrate that organization, too? The simplest rational answer is the most probable and realistic answer (that’s the very definition of Occam’s razor!): secret societies, the cabal of Freemasonry, satanism.
Since 2005, the WHO, WOAH, FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) and World Bank worked together to create the Global Program for Avian Influenza Control and Human Pandemic Preparedness and Response (GPAI). It was the World Bank’s first large-scale engagement in supporting One Health (“optimal health for people, animals and our environment”8). “The World Bank worked with the UN and other organizations to monitor the global program, which mobilized $4 billion from 35 donors.” 9
In 2017, Obama gave WOAH the benefits of the International Organizations Immunities Act. Another evidence of its weaponization?: the World Animal Health Information Database (WAHID, wahis.woah.org).
Those 4 organizations weaponize avian and mammal innocuous viruses to use them as an excuse for the following objectives:
Destroy food production and increase prices, scarcity and hunger
Force people to eat poisoned proteins (bugs10, synthetic meat, etc.)
Destroy organic untainted production for self consumption
Forbid animal transportation, especially organic 11
Shut down international trade, especially organic 12
Promote avian flu vaxxing in poultry: a Trojan for graphene? Inter-vaxxing humans?
Force human haccination against avian flu
Force countries to sequence real deadly viruses and inform WHO Global Influenza Surveillance and Response System (GISRS)… to create the new haccines and to use them for gain-of-function for the next PLANdemic: avian flu “thus far has not acquired the ability to be transmitted by aerosol or respiratory droplet (“airborne transmission”) between humans”13 … why not give it a little help?
The culling

In 2004, over 100 million chickens were culled in Asia to contain H5N1. Farmers were reluctant to report sick poultry. 15 To solve that, by the end of 2005, the Government of Vietnam decided to start paying compensation for the culling.16
“2020, a variant belonging to the H5 clade, 2.3.4.4b, has led to an unprecedented number of deaths in poultry due to culling of over 100 million birds in Africa, Asia and Europe.
2021, the virus spread to North America, and
2022, to Central and South America. 67 countries in five continents reported H5N1 high pathogenicity [that is the name, but it is often non-pathogenic to birds and humans] avian influenza outbreaks in poultry and wild birds to WOAH, with more than 131 million domestic poultry lost due to death or culling in affected farms and villages.
2023, another 14 countries reported outbreaks, mainly in the Americas, as the disease continues to spread. Several mass death events have been reported in wild birds, caused by influenza A(H5N1) clade 2.3.4.4b viruses.”17
“While cooking poultry to 70 °C (158 °F) kills the H5N1 virus, it is recommended to cook meat to 74 °C (165 °F) to kill all foodborne pathogens.”
Even the WOAH recognizes that heat destroys the virus and therefore no culling would be necessary if the contaminated products end up as:
heat-treated poultry meat products in a hermetically sealed container with an F0 value of 3 or above;
extruded dry pet food and coated ingredients after extrusion;
rendered protein meal, blood meal, feather meal, and poultry oil;
washed and steam-dried feathers and down from poultry and other birds
egg products, processed to ensure the inactivation of viruses 18
Another evidence of deliberate destruction of food is that the number of poultry allegedly dead by the flu is less than 1% of the culled.
For example, in 2022 USA, 24 million commercially raised chickens and turkeys have been culled. During the 2014/5 US outbreak, 50 million birds died or were culled, causing poultry meat and egg prices to soar and costing the US poultry industry an estimated $3 billion. 19
Since 2022, the CDC reported testing 6500 people in 52 jurisdictions and wrote:
“only 1 human case has been identified without severe symptoms.”
“Nearly all reported cases ... had recent exposure to sick or dead poultry”. This proves that culling asymptomatic chickens is criminal, where are the animal welfare organizations?
No cases of human-to-human HPAI A(H5N1) virus transmission were identified.” This proves that there’s no need to spend billions in tracking and culling.
Jan 2022 – Sep 2023. In over a year, out of 15 cases in the whole world, half never sick (“asymptomatic”), only 2 deaths were reported and, the real cause of death wasn’t the avian flu. They are still playing the same old trick: not differentiating between dying with a disease and from it.
“The development of influenza candidate vaccine viruses (CVVs), coordinated by WHO, remains an essential component of the overall global strategy for influenza pandemic preparedness.” This proves that the end game is vaxxing chicks and kids.20
The Argentine pilot test
Follow the money
At least since the creation of usury banking, loans were used to dictate policy to the indebted King or Government (n.b. Baring Brothers).
Since Bretton Woods in 1944, international loans have been weaponized, especially from international financial institutions like the IMF, WorldBank, IFC, Inter American Development Bank (IADB.org), etc. This is clearly explained in “Confessions from an economic hitman” 21 from a former World-Bankster:

For example, in 2018, violating the rules of its own charter, the IMF gave a last minute loan to the Argentine Government to pay the overdue interests under the condition to legalize abortion. Likewise, in 2019, in exchange for a 200 million dollar loan from the IADB, the governor of the Cordoba province, implemented an illegal abortion protocol.22
Unlike a common-sense commoner, who refuses to get trapped with shark loans, politicians publicly announce a loan as an accomplishment from their administration! They treat loans as extra-cash for their political corruption. They’ll never recognize that it proves their failure to reduce corruption and save money, even less, that it’s treason, being a leaded life-saver to be repaid by future enslaved generations.
2010. World Bank loaned 229 million dollars covering A/H1N1 vaccination of 94% of the commercial flock and 53000 Influenza diagnostic laboratory tests.23 Just as with COVID injections, would future outbreaks be related to prior vaccination?
7 Dec 2023. World Bank loaned to Argentina 200 million dollars to giveaway laptops to the young under the guise of digital inclusiveness24 (to prep them for the next year-taine?), yet this soft loan might be a “reward” tied to another one:

IADB loaned 125 million dollars to be repaid with 5% interest25 along ... 25 years (!), and the Argentine Government was forced by the loan to add 49 more, making a total of 174 million dollars, specifically for the agency in charge of controlling animal epidemics (SENASA) to increase surveillance and PCR lab diagnostic capability for 5 years, after which, the capital should be repaid in small instalments.26
30 Oct 2023. After such a “success”, SENASA was given 100 million dollars more to continue the avian witch hunt, from another loan.27 A quick search shows SENASA hadn’t receive anything from the IABD before the loan for culling, and then, all of a sudden in one year, a total of 274 million dollars, which is more than the previous 10 year budget.28
The USA minimum hourly wage is 11 times higher than the Argentine’s ($7.25/hour29 compared to $0.66 30), so those 274 million could compare to 3 billion dollars for culling!
The culling
The H5 and H7 health emergency was first reported in México, Panamá, Honduras, Cuba, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Chile and then, just after the IABD loan was negotiated, Feb 2023, Argentina… after 20 years of no epidemics of avian flu!
13 Mar 2023. In order not to raise suspicions, the IABD loan was publicly announced.31
With the excuse of a new pandemic, and the increased lab capabilities, testing grew. The same as with COVID, more testing meant more “positives” and more culling.
Ready to be slaughtered
Their job was to Search & Destroy:
Finding one case meant culling everything 10 km around (7 miles), while FAO asked for half32
Chickens were previously covered in chalk
Everything was buried with a bulldozer
The farms were closed for 60 days (2 cycles)
Culling samples:
9 Mar 2023. They detected 40 backyard cases and 4 in commercial establishments. As a result, they culled, for example, 220 000 chickens in one farm33 and 40 000 in two others.
15 Apr 2023. They ordered 200 000 chickens to be killed34 and 360.000 eggs to be destroyed.35
28 Apr 2023. They culled 40 000 chickens.36 Also, 10 000 and 30 000. 37
10 May 2023. They had culled all the hens in 70 backyards and in 13 farms, destroying over half a million birds and eggs.38

Another proof of criminal intent: according to WOAH, a country doesn’t lose its status as “free of high pathogenicity avian influenza (HPAI)” if the flu is found in wild birds and animals, so they don’t have to be culled. Such measure, would unleash a strong reaction from those defending wildlife.
The “flu-free” status is essential for a country to be able to export, due to the weaponization of the international animal health regulations by the masons to create phytosanitary barriers. That’s the reason why producers of poultry destined for exports back the sanitary riffle on chicks.
Making culling good for biz
No one could give a single reason why the chicks and eggs couldn't be just cooked, thus destroying the virus, proving that there was no need for burying chicken and eggs.
Even health authorities publicly confessed that the avian flue does not spread through the consumption of chicken flesh or eggs, only if someone handles a sick bird (contact spreading, not through aerosols).
02 Jul 2023. The Ministry of Economy through the Secretary of Agriculture paid 4 million dollars to 8 companies to cover those losses but planned to spend 14 millions more, which means the culling figures could reach 3x.39
The Government used the loaned money to bribe the producers, who were happy to slaughter anything they were told, while cashing over-market prices ... It’s like being paid for a 60 day vacation. Also, chicken and egg prices went up40 due to the deliberate scarcity: after the waiting period, they could even make more money.
No complaints: one of the clauses to be able to be compensated was to be fully obedient with the culling instructions and no suing!
Culling compensation was just 10% of what the government received: the Government may keep “the change” for other purposes!
There was no compensation for the cull of domestic poultry. The mafia message is clear: if you raise your own un-poisoned food, we’ll make sure that you will starve. It’s not only that poultry has estrogens41 and is stuffed with antibiotics42, it’s that they plan to use any meat as Trojan for graphene43, neurotoxins, etc.
In countries like Argentina where 60% of the children are starving or malnourished, the culling is even a graver sin.
The damage is greater than the culling: not only because of starvation due to less and more expensive chicken, but due to the farm closure for 60 days, and waiting 30 days more for the new hens to hatch, which means a supply contraction of 4x the destroyed eggs (2 million eggs instead of half a million).
There’s absolutely no scientific reason for a 60 day waiting period. Influenza A viruses can survive:
0.5 days on clothes, paper and tissues
2 days on hard non-porous surface such as plastic or stainless steel
6 days at 37 °C (98.6 °F) (one week at human body temperature) 44
This measure is another proof criminal intent. It maximizes harm and cost, halting egg production for 90 days.
This pilot case involved the destruction of 1% of the country’s chicken.45 Killing a laying hen has a much longer impact on supply than just destroying an egg.
Conclusion
Just as with COVID, the deliberate false positivity, increased PCR and culling capabilities, will result in the deliberate exponential growth of the problem.
Bonus track: Foot and mouth disease plandemic
The weaponization of avian flu has many similarities with the “Foot and mouth disease” (FMD) in cattle, a virus discovered in 1897), used as an excuse to cull millions of animals, especially, if a country wanted to be able to export, under the “FMD-free” or the “FMD-free with vaccination” certification.
It’s proven to be a “manufactured plague”1. “Epidemics of FMD have resulted in the slaughter of millions of both infected and healthy animals, despite this being a frequently nonfatal disease for adult animals (2–5% mortality), though young animals can have a high mortality.” 2
“Humans can be infected with FMD through contact with infected animals, but this is extremely rare.”3 The stomach acid destroys it but it could infect the mouth through unheated meat or milk.4 It is a different virus than the mild “hand, foot and mouth disease” in humans (HFMD Coxsackie A enterovirus virus is different from the FMD RNA virus belonging to genus Aphtho-virus, yet both are within the Picorna virus family).5
UK started the cull in 1839. USA, in 1870, at least and continued with:
In 1914, 170 000 cattle, sheep, and swine.
In 1924, 109 000 farm animals and 22,000 deers
In 1927, 3600 cattle.
In the beginning, farmers were not compensated!
The UK 2001 was praised by bloodthirsty WOAH, in spite of 6.45 million animals culled and stringent measures, like forbidding humans in large quarantine areas, cancelling farmers’ social activities, etc.6
Similar to the avian flu response, UN FAO and WOAH are working as one in the Vax + Search&Destroy strategies.7 After culling, massive vaccination is the only solution provided (no “official” treatments 8 but some claim there are cheap and effective cures 9). This should have been a lesson to understand COVID response.
